Dr. Nozile holds a PhD in Nursing with a focus on faculty development and retention. She is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC), and a Faith Community Nurse (FCN). She has served as a clinical instructor at top academic institutions in Georgia.
